Volktoberfest 2025 is coming soon and we can’t wait to see you again!
Clear your calendars and shine your super sharp shorts, bring your air heads, tuners, and Shaggen Wagens to the 24th annual Circle City Volkswagen Club Volktoberfest! A modern and vintage car extravaganza open to all VWs as well as their friends, Audi and Porsche.
Get your groove on, bring your flower power and peace out for a Volktoberfest that will be off the hook as we celebrate the Hippie roots of VW love (Dub Love). Can you dig it?
It’s FREE if you pre-register your ride by October 2nd at 9:00pm. Just use this form! No problem if you want to register on-site the day of the show. That’s just $10. Donations (cash, canned goods or both!) will be accepted at the Registration area in support of our focus charity, HVAF. Check them out, they do great work for local veterans in need.
Friday October 3rd:
Camping
If you are bringing a pet camping, you must have proof of vaccination. You’ll need a picture of that for each pet to complete your registration. Payment is due with registration.
Andy Mohr Volkswagen will be hosting a pre-party event at the dealership. We will have a cruise from the fairgrounds to the dealership Friday afternoon.
Saturday October 4th:
The day is filled with fun for the entire family. Everyone will be digging the scene.
The gates and on-site show registration will open at 9:00 AM and dubs will begin cruising in, but the Campers Village will have been buzzing for a while with the smell of bacon, coffee and the sound of VW’s sputtering to life as they Keep on Keepin’ on.
Feel the love as you stroll the covered pavillions filled with vintage Beetles, Buses, Notchbacks, Ghias and water-sippin’ rides. Or visit the many vendors! Get some cool pinstripes, a super tune on your water-cooled wonder and find that perfect gift for your ride or significant other. Stop to scarf down some artisan eats from the best mobile eateries in Indiana! Head to swappers ally and dig for treasure.
Check out the great items available in the Auction and Raffle areas. Hand-crafted goodies, memorable items and the unique items that Volktoberfest is known for will be crowding the tables.
Registration will end at 12:00 pm so that we can be sure to have time for judging to have awards by 4:00 pm. That’s right! Saturday is show day for awards. Sunday will be fun activities as well as an all-make non-judged cruise in. The Kid Zone inflatable will be up both days.
Continue to feel the love and enjoy the show, the vendors and swap meet, then hang out for the awards ceremony.
If you’re camping, settle into a second night with some great friends.
Sunday October 5th:
If you camped with us, wake up to the sounds of your friends getting ready for a fun day!
All-Make Cruise-In
We’ll have a new activity this year with an all-make cruise-in in one of our pavilions starting at 9:00am and lasting until around 11:00am. This is not judged and won’t have an entry fee. Donations to our organization of choice, HVAF, are always welcome!
Audio Sound-Off
Volktoberfest-registered vehicles: Get your Bass on and Shake Shake Shake your booty as these amazing sound systems attempt to blow their own doors off!
Exhaust Wars
Volktoberfest-registered vehicles: We usually say make love not war, except here! Watch, listen or participate in either the air cooled or water cooled classes as they attempt to be heard by the man.
Kid Zone & Fun
Your little ones will enjoy a myriad of activities in the kid friendly fun zone and will have their own parade! Bring anything on wheels and decorate any way you like. There will also be a kid’s trike race! And maybe some adults as well… Bring your own trike if you like!
By early afternoon, people will be packing up their camp sites or their cars, telling their friends goodbye and getting ready to cruise home. We know you had a great time, which is why we all like getting together. Please leave a clean camp site and we’ll get started on planning 2026!
